The constructors, property developers, promoters of touristic projects, and private investors are the prime participants for the creation of new offers of accommodation.

The establishment of CGH Résidences & Spas and Chalets de Cœur within the ecosystem of the mountain communes and the competence of our team to accompany the development of offers of accommodation are additional assets. They enable to develop the chalet projects by a approach mastered from start to finish : feasibility analysis, development strategy, commercialization and operations.

  • Optimization of the selling of our chalets by enabling owners to recover the VAT*.
  • Promotion of the chalet’s rental income thanks to the high standard positioning of CGH Résidences & Spas and Chalets de Cœur.
