Chalet Pralaya, a former 1760 farmhouse fully renovated, features six bedrooms, a private cinema room, a fitness room, and a wellness area. Located in the sought-after Les Praz area of Chamonix, close to the Flégère cable car, it can accommodate 10 adults and 4 children in a contemporary, refined atmosphere.
Chalet Moonstone, spanning 550 m² over three levels, can host up to 10 guests. Set in a calm and peaceful environment, it boasts a landscaped garden, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and stunning views of Mont Blanc. Its location just 250 meters from a bus stop and SNCF train station makes it easy to reach the center of Chamonix and the ski lifts.
An exceptional stay with premium services
Chalet Pralaya is designed around a bright living room with fireplace, a dining area for 14 guests, a mezzanine with a play area, a master suite with gas fireplace, and three garden-level suites. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a hammam, sauna, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level features a private cinema, a dormitory, a fitness room, and a wine cellar. Additional amenities include a garage, ski room, and three outdoor parking spaces.
Chalet Moonstone offers a complete entertainment area with a pool table, cocktail bar, game console, Apple TV, and a screening room. The garden level houses the living area with open-plan kitchen and lounge, as well as two bedrooms with shower rooms and bathtubs. The top floor features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. Access to the spa area, complete with sauna, hammam, and massage room, rounds out the experience.
Each chalet includes household linen, mid-stay housekeeping, and daily delivery of fresh bread and pastries. Additional services are available on request to create a fully customized stay.
