The ground floor will become the territory of teenagers and children, as its 2 bedrooms each have 3 single beds and their own adjoining bathroom. They will establish their quarters in the games room equipped with a Nintendo Switch game console and table football. For everyone's comfort, a separate toilet has also been installed on this level. You will also find a laundry room and a room where you can store your outdoor equipment.

On the first floor is the main living space which consists of an open kitchen with dishwasher and a warm and welcoming living room.
