Located in Arc 1600, at an altitude of 1600m, the refined Ostra chalet (adjoining other chalets but completely independent) offers you an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, one of the largest in Europe with over 425 km of slopes!

The Chalet Ostra is ideally located on the edge of the slopes, offering you ski-in and ski-out, allowing you to fully enjoy the joys of skiing. The nearest shops (ski shop, delicatessen, deli, and restaurant) are just 550m from the chalet. To reach the heart of Les Arcs 1600, you will either have to travel 900m via the footpath near the chalet or ski 250m from the chalet.

With breathtaking views of the valley from its furnished, south-facing terrace, Chalet Ostra is a haven of peace and tranquility. This alpine retreat, offering top-of-the-range comfort and renovated in the purest Alpine tradition, will be an exceptional vacation spot for winter sports enthusiasts.

With a generous surface area of approximately 220m² and spread over 3 levels, Chalet Ostra can accommodate 12 people. Perfect for reuniting with loved ones, it combines authenticity and conviviality, and has been designed to feel right at home thanks to the amenities and services offered to meet all your needs.

On the ground floor, you will find a main living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a bright 35 m² living/dining room with a sofa, armchairs, stools, and a dining table for 12 guests. The living space opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding peaks. This level also includes a master bedroom with a television, storage, and a private shower room.

Upstairs, there is a second living/dining room with a small equipped kitchen, bar, and wine cellar. This space is also ideal for working from home in peace and quiet and/or spending pleasant evenings by the fireplace with family or friends in front of the large retractable screen. Accessible from this area, a full-facing balcony will allow you to relax and admire the postcard-perfect scenery before you. A master suite with a television, bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a mountain corner with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and another bathroom with a washer/dryer complete this floor.

On the lower level, the spacious ski room, equipped with 12 boot dryers, provides direct access to the ski slopes via its secure, heated staircase. Also on this level are a master bedroom with a TV and two single beds (which can be pushed together), another bedroom with a TV and two single beds (which can be pushed together), and a dormitory with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). Two bathrooms with showers and toilets, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer, complete this level.

To make your stay even more comfortable, you will benefit from a mid-stay cleaning and a located a few meters from the chalet (a free parking lot located a little higher up in the resort will allow you to park other cars).
