Located in Champagny-en-Vanoise, in the traditional valley of Champagny-le-Haut, Light Peak chalet lies within a protected natural site, officially classified among France’s natural sites and monuments in recognition of its stunning landscapes and the preserved architecture of its villages.
Light Peak is nestled in an idyllic setting, ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities, including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and ice climbing. For downhill skiing enthusiasts, the Champagny gondola lift, located in the heart of the village just 5 km from the chalet, provides access to the 425 km of slopes in the Paradiski ski area, which brings together Champagny, La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs. A shuttle stop nearby offers convenient access to the village centre.
For groups of up to 44 guests, you can also rent the adjoining alongside Light Peak, providing an additional 26 beds.
Spanning approximately 480 m² across four levels, the stunning Light Peak chalet can accommodate up to 18 guests in its six bedrooms. Combining traditional Alpine charm with modern comfort, the chalet features a hammam and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The chalet’s concierge team is also on hand to help organise your stay and cater to your needs.
On the lower ground floor, you will find the chalet’s leisure and wellness area, where guests of all ages can relax and enjoy their time together. Facilities include a games room with a TV, as well as a wellness area featuring a sauna, hammam, shower and massage room. This floor also includes a four-bed dormitory with its own shower room, a laundry room and a storage area equipped with a fridge and freezer.
On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to a ski room equipped with ski racks, boot dryers and glove dryers. This level also features a separate apartment comprising a bedroom/living area with a sofa bed for two, a double bedroom and access to a terrace. A garage completes the floor.
The first floor is dedicated to sleeping accommodation, with four bedrooms, including one family room. Each bedroom has its own shower room, storage cupboards and toilet. The family room features a double bed and a bunk bed, accommodating up to four guests.
On the second floor, the spacious living area is the perfect place to admire the magnificent mountain peaks surrounding the chalet. It features a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, a large dining table seating 18 guests, and a comfortable lounge with a sofa, television and fireplace. A balcony furnished with a table and chairs provides the perfect spot to enjoy sunny days and take in the Alpine scenery.
