The CGH Group proposes a structure dedicated to rental management of private chalets for which, owners and rental clients alike can benefit from the facilities and the services of Résidences & Spas established for over twelve years in the most beautiful ski resorts in the French Alps.

Chalets de Cœur has for mission to carefully select high standard chalets, to carefully manage them and commercialize them. Benefiting from significant means of promotion and of commercialization, we do our best possible to optimize the occupancy of your chalet.Summer as in winter, depending on your wish, your chalet can be rented in an optimal manner insuring you the best return on investment.

Set up within the residences, the Spas d’Altitude Ô des Cimes are entirely managed by CGH. These areas of authenticity, conviviality and luxury are open to residents as well as outside visitors. Different treatments are proposed depending on the season.
